Why Carb Cycling?

Carb cycling is a way of intentionally manipulating the amount of carbohydrates consumed in a day to fire up the metabolism and maximize fat burning while maintaining lean muscle mass. By strategically withholding and then refeeding carbohydrates you are boosting the metabolism to help you achieve fat loss. The bonus is that with this method you shouldn’t feel restricted or deprived.

I have found that this method does not feel like a diet at all and is maintainable for long periods of time with small tweaks to the macros. The best part is that over time, you become in tune with your body and what type of fuel it is asking for. 

When you decide to  work with me, your plan includes access to an app to access your workouts and/or nutrition plan, easily log food to track macros, videos of exercise demos. You get weekly check ins and support in between.
